Common questions
Keep resetting a tripping breaker?
No. Switch off the affected circuit if you can and WhatsApp what trips (whole flat vs one room vs heater). Repeated trips are a safety signal.
Ants in the socket?
Possible cause of intermittent trips. Do not spray water into the point. Send a photo if it is safe to open the plate slightly — or wait for us.
